Q: How do I book a skip?
A: Ring 9580-4842 and speak to a staff member to organize your delivery.


Q: What size do I need?
A: Call us or see our Bin Size page for more details.


Q: How much notice is required to book a bin?
A: Mostly 24 hours-but if you call us early, usually we can deliver the same day, depending on availability and delivery schedules.


Q: When and Where?
A: Deliveries are from Monday to Saturday.
    Remember bins on nature strips or roadways require Council permits.
    Bins in driveways don’t require permits. (Trucks enter @ Owners Risk)


Q: How do I pay for the skip?
A: Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Cheque (conditions apply)


Q: Is GST included?
A: All prices are GST inclusive.


Q: Are there extra charges?
A: Please refer to the bins page for extra charges information.


Q: Can I nominate a specific time for delivery and/or collection?
A: Most certainly, and we will make every endeavour to deliver to your schedule.
    However, in busy times delays re to e expected.


Q: Can I change or cancel my bin?
A: You must cancel a day before.
